My OLD owner is a slum lord

I'm starting to dislike my owner more and more .

Reason is because we have an upstairs bathroom , nothing but constant problems with it . 

The toylate is leaning against the wall & leaks into the kitchen door way , 

the bathtub leaks into the livingroom. 

These are pictures of what happend on and the owner WONT come and look at it or anything . 

I was on the way brining isla to her dad's house when this happend .
Came home and the livingroom floor was flooded .

I don't understand why Howard Golds is aloud to raise the rent but NOT fix anything or look at anything that needs to be looked at .

With all the water damage that's going on there's black mold developing and if me or my kids get sick I believe I can sue him for being a bad owner!
