 2o22.o9.22 - story threw pictures 📸  I did something today . Did some googling , Said fall is when we should winterize plants inside containers . This was before I winterized it . This is after  Took some of Timmy's old clothes out of the ball in the livingroom that my kids use as chairs . Used a garbage bag then taped it around the container . Wouldn't need to but the container has holes around it  Everytime I look at this strawberry plant there is always another little green leaf 🍃  Have to put some more dirt in it before we put it inside the greenhouse for the winter  The elastic on one of the runners broke when I was checking on the plant .  2o22.o8.23 - a beautiful accident 😍  I noticed we had a strawberry bush growing back in June 2o22 in our compost bucket ,  I didn't take any other pictures of it because I thought it wouldn't survive . June 13th 2o22 Then ,  Today me and my kids went outside to play in the back yard for a little bit .  I looked in the compost buckets and saw how big the strawberry was getting and its getting HUGE ! I thought it was big enough to transfer it into its own container so it don't take all the nutrients out of the container its already in .  So I did that ...  This is what it looks like RIGHT now !  This is after I transplanted it into a different container This is what the strawberry looked like BEFORE I decided to transplant it .  2o22.o8.19  -  wanted to give a strawberry update . Was looking threw my posts and noticed I posted about them when I planted them back in 2o21 but didn't give an update.  So here it is  🍓  I got 6 strawberry bushes now 4 dollerstore berry's  (2o21) 2 different ones from amazon (2o22)  🍓  These are my strawberry plants (2) from last year ,  I was happy they came back this year :) I want to separate them but Terry wants to leave them together because they produce alot of berry's.  Small berry's but ALOT of them . Kids are always eating the ripe ones every more as I'm watering them  🍓  The two on the outside are from last year and the one in the middle with the different colored leaves are planted this year .  🍓  This one is also from this year  It's got bigger berry's on it then the ones from last year witch is weird but I googled it and I geuss it's from different breeds of the berry . I bought strawberries from the dollerstore in Chatham ,  planted them in May of 2021 . Didn't know if they would grow or not . I might buy more if they show up next year at the dollerstore .  Only because I read online that they grow back each year , can never have enough strawberries 🍓 😂 A couple days after planting them ..  May 13th May 22ed May 29th ...... June 2ed June 5th ......... June 9th I stopped taking photos of the strawberries 🍓 for a bit because to me they weren't growing and I liked the sunflower's 🌻 more lol  July 15th- I thought it was pree cool them getting flowers on them , just didn't replant them till three days later . Had to get more bins and dirt . The strawberry is starting to grow flowers and green berries ,  Now maybe my kids will eat them instead of me buying them and them going to waste ?
