Expectations vs reality

I ordered this dress off chick me . 

(A clothing website)

I ordered the one on the left but got the one on the right .

 Don't get me wrong it's still nice but the colour and pattern is all wrong . 

The company won't own up to their mistake . 

I got screenshots of our conversation of me asking them about it . 

All they keep saying is that "it is the right colour" . 

Meanwhile in the picture you can tell ITS NOT !! 😟 

I was really hoping for the dress on the left , because I've ordered from them before and didn't Have this problem untill now .

Wich is bullshit .

Just stop lieing to people and own up to it ? 

.. 

I personally don't think I'm wrong with what I'm saying to them .

I can tell you I'll never order from them again although they do have pretty clothes !

{update} they messaged again , 

and I responded but after they messaged back I just stopped answering . 

Something I should have done a minute ago 

Thought I'd add the screen shot of my order . Oh an the dress that was in the seccond package did come in a couple days later .
